−       Pneumatic actuated ball valve with pneumatic piston actuator (type – Scotch yoke (triangle piston rod)).

−       Seal tightness – Class A as per GOST 9544-2015.

−       Connection to the pipe: flanged.

−       Climatic design: Boreal climate (provisionally). 

−       IP rating: IP65 at least.

−       Material:

·        body: low temperature carbon steel;

·        valve: corrosion-resistant alloy steel, PTFE.

−       Completed with:

·        mating flanges c/w fasteners and gaskets;

·        instrument air filter controller, pressure gauge, safety valve, quick exhaust valve;

·        valve guards;

·        limit switches (1ExiaIIBT3);

·        solenoid-operated valve (1ExdIIBT3);

·        explosion-proof cable entries for armoured cable in metal hose;

·        thermal cover.

−       DN = 100 mm.

−       Pressure rating (TBC). Pressure rating 10 MPa.

−       Raised face flanges.

−       Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Certificate.

−        Provision of necessary technical documentation (documents, drawings, certificates, etc.).

−        Materials delivery due date – by 1 June 2026.

−        The supplier shall have experience with the production/supply of this type of material.
