Supply of two control valves:

‒       Control valve (globe valve) with pneumatic diaphragm actuator:

·        Flow control range: HOLD.

·        Climatic design: boreal climate (provisionally). 

·        Connection to the pipe: flanged.

·        IP rating: IP65 at least.

·        Explosion protection design: 1ExiaIIBT3.

‒       Material:

·        Body: low temperature carbon steel.

·        Valve: corrosion-resistant alloy steel, PTFE.

·        DN = 300 mm.

·        Pressure rating (TBC). Rated pressure 10 MPa.

·        Raised face flanges.

‒       Completed with:

·        Electric to pneumatic converter (positioner) with 4–20 mA/HART input.

·        Position indicator with 4–20 mA/HART output.

·        Instrument air filter controller.

·        Pressure gauge.

·        Mating flanges c/w fasteners and gaskets.

·        Explosion-proof cable entry for armoured cable in metal hose.

·        Thermal cover.

−        Provision of necessary technical documentation (documents, drawings, certificates, etc.).

−        Materials delivery due date – by 1 June 2026.

−        The supplier shall have experience with the production/supply of this type of material.
