Scope of work	− Pilot project: deployment of the process equipment bypass control system at the facilities of Sakhalin Energy. − Delivery of software licenses. − Software implementation. − Functionality set up. − Testing. − Trainings for software users and administrators. − Software support services.
Requirements to bidders	− Availability of software product in accordance with the description of the scope of services. − Possibility of deployment of software on the Company's infrastructure. − Availability of a support service to ensure the serviceability of the software provided. − Availability of training materials for the customer to master the software provided. − Experience in implementation of the product provided in the last 3 years. − Availability of resources to ensure the possibility of providing services under the contract.
