Scope of work	Maintenance of the Company's IT infrastructure, namely: − Maintenance of office IT equipment (desktop computer system, video conferencing equipment, general-purpose equipment, printing and scanning equipment, etc.), its preparation for disposal, replenishment of the warehouse with consumables, software installation, equipment movement, documentation preparation). − Support of Company users (VIP support of managers, processing of requests for troubleshooting, consulting services). − Management of the Company operating warehouse. − Provision of call-off services (inventory, projects for updating users' PCs, etc.).
Requirements to bidders	− High qualification. − Proficiency in English. − Experience in IT and telecommunications services. − Good knowledge of software packages installed in the Company. − Knowledge of office equipment, high experience of PC using.
Expected date of the contract award	01.01.2025.
Expected contract period	5 years
