Scope of work	− Development of working documentation (design documentation, which has received positive conclusion of expertise is provided by the Company). − Procurement of all materials and equipment in accordance with the Company’s approved working documentation. − Complete complex of construction and installation works of the warehouse itself and all necessary external engineering networks, structures and landscaping. Main types of work: a) construction of foundations; b) installation of metal frames; c) installation of enclosing structures; d) internal finishing works; e) installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; f) installation of water supply and sewerage systems; g) installation of electrical systems; h) installation of low-current systems; i)) installation of process equipment; k) laying of external utility networks; l) installation of external engineering systems and structures (standby diesel generator station, storm water treatment plant, etc.); − Complete commissioning package. − Development and handover to the Company of the complete set of as-built documentation. − Commissioning of the facility.
Requirements to bidders	− Membership in self-regulatory organizations in the field of design, or the presence of a design subcontractor approved by the Company with this membership. − Membership in self-regulatory organizations in the field of construction, reconstruction, major repairs, demolition of capital construction facilities and their obligations. − License of the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management of the Russian Federation to carry out activities for the installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment for buildings and structures for the types of work to be carried out at the facility, or the presence of a subcontractor (subcontractors) with appropriate licenses. − Availability of necessary welding procedures. − Availability of a quality management system. − Availability of technological procedures to perform the required scope of work. − Availability of personnel who prepare acceptance documents, monitor quality and perform organization of works on the project. − Availability of the necessary personnel skills to ensure the implementation of the project. − Experience in implementing construction projects.
