• Removal of snow and ice from roofs of buildings, projecting elements of the facade, visors of entrances to the Company buildings.

• Inspection of the state of roofing of the Company's buildings with preparation of relevant documents.

• Repair of roofs of buildings, projecting elements of the facade, visors of entrances to the Company buildings.

• Availability of personnel taking into account the following requirements: allowed for work on medical indicators; qualified according to the nature of the work performed, confirmed by a document on vocational education/ training and/or qualifications; having compulsory occupational safety training and having passed the test of knowledge of occupational safety requirements depending on the category of employee who has completed an internship at the workplace; of the trained on the use of personal protective equipment and the provision of first aid to victims (Decree of the Government of RF No. 2464 of 24 December, 2021 "On the Procedure for Training in Labour Protection and Checking Knowledge of Labour Protection Requirements"); qualified: "Working cradles" for control of the cradle of the auto-hydraulic hoist (item 13 of the Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia No. 782n of 16 November, 2020 "On approval of the Rules on Labor Protection when Working at Altitude"); With at least three years of experience in the field of industrial mountaineering).

• Availability of own tools and equipment that meet the requirements of quality standards, safety, sanitary and hygienic norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Company, for performance of works.
