Tender №C02366 for Sakhalin Energy’s Environmental Management System (hereinafter, the EMS) performance audit

The scope of work under this Contract will include audit of the EMS performance covering the organisational structure of the Environmental Division and the Industrial Assurance Service, the Company’s local regulations governing activities aimed at ensuring an efficient environmental management system, including:

-        Compliance with the Russian legal requirements for environmental protection.

-        Correct identification and registration of sites with negative impact on the environmental protection in the State Register.

-        EMS documentation support and operation.

-        Efficiency of industrial environmental control, including the activities of individual organisational units and the competence of officials.

-        Efficiency of industrial environmental monitoring.

-        Training of managers and specialists in the field of environmental protection within the established time frame.

-        Compliance with license requirements when using waste disposal sites.

-        Compliance of EMS documentation with environmental protection requirements established by Russian regulations.

The scope of the audit will include a visit to one or more sites of the Company. The audit will also include interviews with responsible persons and field tests of the system's actual operation.

-         Accreditation by the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosakkreditatsiya) under GOST R ISO 9001-2015.

-         Accreditation by the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosakkreditatsiya) under GOST R ISO 14001-2016.
