Scope of work	− Production of air cooling apparatus (ACA) in accordance with technical requirements and the list of components approved by the Company. − Completion of mandatory technical and permit documentation (including CUTR certification).
Requirements to bidders	− Russian manufacturer of AСA. − Russian manufacturer of ACA. − Experience in manufacturing ACA for use in marine climate conditions. − Readiness to provide all necessary permitting documentation for ACA according to Russian legislation. − Availability of valid certification of welding technologies, certification of equipment and materials, as well as confirmed qualifications of personnel.
Expected date of the contract award	July 2025.
Expected contract period	1.5 years.
