−       Ability to perform designer supervision of construction facilities.

−       Availability of all necessary licensed software and equipment including copying and machines for design and estimate documentation binding.

−       Availability of the office (the possibility of opening a representative office) in the Sakhalin Oblast.

−       Availability of the possibility to issue design and estimate documentation in two languages − Russian and English.
