Tender №C02368 for the Provision of Port Agency Services in RF

The scope of work under this contract will include the provision of port agency services for support vessels chartered by the Company mainly in the ports of Sakhalin region (Korsakov, Kholmsk, Moskalvo (Nabil terminal)) and other ports of Russian Federation.

−     Presence of representative office on Sakhalin.

−     Presence of registered entity within Russian Federation.

−     Presence of experience of provision of  port agency services in Sakhalin region ports.

−     Qualification of ship agents.

−     Presence of own port agents employed by the bidder for the provision of services in the ports of Sakhalin region, i.e. without involvement of a subcontracting agents.

−     Bidders shall ensure compliance with the applicable legislation of Russian Federation and requirements of Sakhalin Energy.
