-       Acceptance of the equipment and assembly completeness check.

-       Disassembly.

-       Washing of assembly components and parts.

-       Defect identification in assembly components and parts to prepare the final scope of work.

-       Hydraulic testing of parts and other tests, if required by repair documentation.

-       Check of all parameters against the requirements of the repair documentation during overhaul and assembly.

-       Assembly (dimensions of the heater after repair and assembly shall be same as original).

-       Electrical tests and leak tests of the equipment after assembly.

-       Coating of the equipment, if necessary.

-       Preparation of repair documentation and certificate of operability.

-       Available production sites equipped with the necessary equipment, tools, instrument for repairs and checks.

-       Experience in repairs of general purpose industrial electric heaters of 1,000 kW and above.

-       In-place guidelines, instructions for the repairs of the equipment, as well as restoration of its non-electrical components.

-       Electrical measuring and mechanical laboratories registered in Rostekhnadzor for initial, intermediate and acceptance tests and measurements.

-       An effective quality management system, including documented methods of ensuring that the works are performed in accordance with the agreed quality programme.
