−       Assessment of compliance of the quality and scope of work with project requirements (control measurements, testing of structures, materials).

−       Quality control of maintenance and scheduled repair works during the shutdown period.

−       Development and approval of inspection and testing plans, as well as the work execution plan and other working documentation for quality control of maintenance and major repairs.

−       Monitoring compliance with work execution technology (including instrumental control according to technical conditions, diagrams, regulations).

−       Conducting intermediate work acceptance and participating in facility acceptance.

−       Monitoring the sequence and composition of technological operations (with results recorded in logs).

−       Inspection of warehouse materials and equipment for compliance with the requirements of Russian regulatory and technical documentation and the Company's standards.

−       Conducting quality and readiness audits of suppliers/subcontractors.

−       Review of design and permitting documentation.

−       Witnessing of manufacturing and testing processes in accordance with the approved inspection and test plan (ITP).

−       Visual and measuring inspection of products.

−       Preparation of reports on control results.

−       Timely notification of the Company about identified violations.

−       Experience in providing client construction supervision services at hazardous production facilities (HPFs).

−       Valid registration in the National Register of Specialists for personnel included in the staff.

−       Membership number and confirmation of membership in a self-regulatory organization (SRO).

−       The SRO member's level of liability for obligations under a construction contract is not less than 3.

−       Valid industrial safety certificates held by specialists in the following categories:

·          A.1 ‒ Fundamentals of industrial safety;

·          B.1.3 ‒ Operation of hazardous production facilities where boilers are used;

·          B.1.7 ‒ Operation of gas distribution and gas consumption systems;

·          B.1.9 ‒ Operation of electrical installations;

·          B.2.1 ‒ Operation of hazardous production facilities of oil and gas processing and petrochemical plants;

·          B.2.3 ‒ Operation of hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used;

·          B.2.5 ‒ Operation of equipment operating under pressure;

·          B.2.7 ‒ Operation of gas distribution and gas consumption networks;

·          B.2.8 ‒ Operation of pressure vessels;

·          B.8.6 ‒ Operation of boilers using gaseous, liquid fuel and electric heating;

·          B.9.5 ‒ Operation of hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used.

−       The Company's experience in conducting inspections during the manufacturing of materials and equipment at manufacturers' plants abroad.
