Scope of work

−       Preparation of working documentation packages for each section and development of work execution plans (WEP), process maps, inspection and test plans, and as-built documentation.

−       Construction of shelters for each section, installation of gas analysers and heating systems in the shelters.

−       Removal of insulation on operating pipelines and equipment.

−       Inspection/assessment of pipelines and equipment for key performance indicators.

−       Removal of the trace heating system from heated pipelines and equipment.

−       Sandblasting of operating pipelines and equipment.

−       Application of coatings in accordance with the Company's documentation and procedures.

−       Restoration of the trace heating system, including individual testing.

−       Installation of thermal insulation structures, including the installation of enclosures.

Requirements to bidders

−       Availability of a SRO certificate of admission to the relevant types of work to eliminate corrosion under the insulation layer at existing hazardous industrial facilities.

−       The organisation's employees must be trained and certified in Industrial Safety in accordance with Article 14.1 "Training and Certification of Employees in Industrial Safety" of Federal Law No. 116-FZ of July 21, 1997 "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities." The minimum number of certification areas for the OPF is A.1, B.1.11, B.2.3.

−       Availability of a certificate for the quality control system ISO 9001 or its equivalent.

−       Compliance with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations at Height, approved by Order No. 782n of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated November 16, 2020 "On Approval of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations When Working at Height".

−       Experience of working at a hazardous production facility.

−       Experience in painting operations using abrasive surface treatment on existing process pipelines and equipment at hazardous production facilities, including painting hot surfaces (temperatures exceeding 150 degrees C).

−       Experience in thermal insulation operations (including using foam glass, polyurethane, polyisocyanurate, cellular foam, and aerogel).

−       Experience in installing a protective coating layer of stainless steel.

−       Experience in installing and maintaining heat trace heating systems.

−       Experience in conducting individual testing of heating cables.

−       Experience in preparing working documentation packages, developing work execution plans (WEP), process charts, inspection plans, and preparing as-built documentation.
