Tender № for the Purchase of Drill Pipes.

− Equipment shall be new and in its original packaging.

− The supplier shall provide a warranty for the supplied equipment of no less than 12 months (the warranty must provide for equipment replacement in the event defects are identified).

− The supplier shall be capable of providing manufacturer-supported after-sales service for the supplied equipment within the territory of the Russian Federation.

− Delivery to the warehouse in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

− The supplier shall confirm readiness to supply drill pipes, nozzles, and subs for the following sizes: 2 7/8", 4", 5", 5 7/8", 6 5/8".

− The supplier shall provide information on whether the company is the manufacturer of the product / the official representative of the product manufacturer in the Russian Federation (official confirmation letter) / a trading house.

− If the company is the product manufacturer, the supplier shall have a representative office in the Russian Federation to conduct financial transactions in accordance with the future payment terms under a one-off PO.

− The supplier shall provide information on the standards according to which the drill pipes are manufactured (provide supporting documents / certificates).

− The supplier shall provide information on requirements which the steel drill pipes and tool joints manufactured by the plant comply with (provide supporting documents / certificates).

− The supplier shall confirm the compatibility of the offered connections with Grant Prideco connections (provide a compatibility tests report).

− The supplier shall confirm the compliance of the offered hardbanding characteristics and provide test results for DPM450 hardbanding or equivalent (tests conducted by an independent laboratory).

− The supplier shall confirm the compliance of the offered internal coating characteristics and provide test results for DJ207SS coating or equivalent (tests for high temperatures exceeding 200°C to be conducted by an independent laboratory).

− The supplier shall provide information on the availability / capability to use its own metallurgical facilities for producing drill pipe billets (material certificates specifying the manufacturing plant).

− In the absence of the capability to use its own metallurgical facilities, the supplier shall provide information on which manufacturers the pipe billets are procured from (supporting documents).

− The supplier shall provide information on the availability of its own pipe rolling facilities (provide supporting documents, material certificates specifying the manufacturing plant); in the absence of its own pipe rolling facilities, the supplier shall provide information on the procurement of pipes from manufacturers, specifying their names accordingly.

− The supplier shall provide information on the availability of a pipe heat treatment line (provide supporting documents, certificates, and documentation for the heat treatment installation); in the absence of its own heat treatment line, the supplier shall provide the name of the third-party company, as well as certificates and documentation for the installation.

− The supplier shall provide data on the performance of full-length ultrasonic inspection of the pipe body at the manufacturer's plant (supporting documents, certificates, and documentation for the ultrasonic testing (hereinafter – UT) installation); in the absence of its own UT installation, it is necessary to provide the name of the third-party company and certificates and documentation for the UT installation.

− The supplier shall provide information on the availability of valid licences for threading connections within the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as readiness to issue a licence in the event a PO is placed.

− The supplier shall provide data on the method used for welding drill pipe tool joints to the pipe body (certificates and documentation for welding installations).

− The supplier shall confirm readiness to supply drill pipes within the period from Q3 to Q4 of 2026.

− The supplier shall specify the minimum PO lot size for the PO to be accepted into production.
