Tender № for the Purchase of Hardware and Software Complex

−        The equipment must be new and in its original packaging.

−        The supplier must include a manufacturer's warranty for the supplied equipment for at least 36 months (the warranty must ensure the possibility of equipment replacement in case defects are identified).

−        Delivery to the warehouse in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk via air freight.

−        The supplier must provide all available certificates that confirm which Russian manufacturers of software and computing equipment it is an authorised partner of.

−        The supplier must be on the Company's list of registered counterparties and have a positive track record of interaction with the Company's processes.

−        The supplier must confirm readiness to deliver the hardware and software complex for the project during the period from May to June 2026.
