Tender №С02527 for Engineering, Manufacture, Delivery and Installation Supervision of Wind Screens for LNG Plant Trains

-        Development of detailed design (architectural design (AD) section and other sections as needed).

-        Manufacture of wind screens (PVC-coated architectural mesh) in full compliance with specifications and delivery of 10,800 m² of the product.

-        The delivered volume must also include a spare parts kit (the list and volume are determined by the vendor, but at least 2% of the total delivered of wind screens and fixture).

-        Installation supervision services, i.e. Contractor representative regular site visits during construction and installation work (three site visits, 30 days each).

−        The contractor must have sufficient competence, experience and technical equipment to perform the work specified in the scope of work.

−        Provision of all necessary technical documentation (documents, drawings, certificates, etc.) as per the tender requirements.

−        Delivered materials should meet Company’s technical requirements.

−        The contractor shall have experience in engineering, manufacturing and procurement of this type of material.

−        The manufactured items should be delivered to Sakhalin not later than 8 months after the contract signing date.
