Supply of heat tracing materials:

1. Self-regulating high-temperature heat tracing cable with an output of 29 W/m at +10 °C with fluopolymer jacket. Maximum temperature: +150 °C. Power voltage: 230 V – 3000 m.

2.     Self-regulating high-temperature heat tracing cable with an output of 19 W/m at +10 °C with fluopolymer jacket. Maximum temperature: +150 °C. Power voltage: 230 V – 700 m.

3.     Non-metallic junction box, IP66, Ex e, for power supply connection and all parallel resistance cables, with a non-metallic mounting column for installation on pipelines – 50 pcs.

4.     Hight-temperature cable kit, explosion-proof – 100 pcs.

5.     Resistance temperature detector, platinum, Ex i, three-wire, temperature range -60 to +250 °C for jacket, -60 to +250 °C for transducer – 7 pcs.

6.     Non-metallic junction box, with a non-metallic mounting column for installation on pipelines – 3 pcs.

7.     Non-metallic junction box, with a non-metallic mounting column for installation on walls – 3 pcs.

8.     Safety label: Caution, electrical heating – 300 pcs.

9.     Stainless steel clamp for pipes up to 530 mm in diameter – 80 pcs.

10. Fiberglass mounting band, 33 m by 12 mm, tº up to +260°C – 140 rolls.

11. Junction box with a mechanical thermometer terminal with a non-metallic mounting column for installation on pipelines. Temperature adjustment range: 0‒100 °С – 7 pcs.

−        Provision of necessary technical documentation (documents, drawings, certificates, etc.).

−        Materials delivery due date – by 1 September 2026.

−        The supplier shall have experience with the production/supply of this type of material.
