Scope of work	− Provision of safe custody services for chemicals in a heated warehouse. − Provision of safe custody services for chemicals in an unheated warehouse. − Provision of gas storage containers. − Manual and machine-based loading and unloading services. − Pallet fabrication. − Underlays fabrication. − Fabrication of crates for cargo to be shipped. − Provision of forklift services with a lifting capacity of up to 1.5 t, and personnel. − Provision of facilities technician services. − Provision of warehouse worker services. − Provision of labourer services. − Provision of carpenter services.
Requirements to bidders	− Availability of warehouse space(s) classified as a hazardous production facility (HPF) with a licence/certificate for the storage of chemicals of hazard classes 1, 2 and 3, with an area of 2,000 m² or more. − Availability of gas storage containers. − Compliance of storage facilities with all fire safety standards and requirements. − Availability of the following staff: Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisors, Warehouse Worker, HSE Specialist, Carpenter, Labourer. − Availability of a lift truck and/or forklift with a lifting capacity of up to 1.5 t.
Expected date of the contract award	1 July, 2026.
Expected contract period	5 years.
