-             Proven experience in preparing FEED documentation for offshore oil and gas facilities cold weather and freezed sea specified, for the last 10 years.

-             Proven experience in preparing FEED documentation on structural for offshore oil and gas facilities, for the last 10 years.

-             Experience integrating works in the above-mentioned areas.

-             Availability of qualified personnel.

-             Availability of specialised software.
