Tender №C02573 for the Supply of Equipment and Provision of Supervision of Commissioning Works as part of the Emergency Shutdown Systems Upgrade Projects at the Production Facilities

−       Supply of equipment and materials (components) for the emergency shutdown systems, including spare parts, technical documentation and EAC certificates.

−       Assembly and factory acceptance testing for the equipment, including using customer-supplied materials.

−       Perform the work at the Company's hazardous production facility in accordance with documentation provided by the Company, including:

·        modification of existing cabinets / control panels;

·        decommissioning of existing cabinets / control panels;

·        connection and configuration of new cabinets / control panels;

·        installation of software;

·        testing of modified and new cabinets / control panels;

·        performing supervision of commissioning works and start-up of modified and new cabinets / control panels;

·        diagnostics and troubleshooting of equipment;

·        submission of a supervision of commissioning completion report.

·        incorporation of changes into the Company's technical documentation, where necessary

−       Possession of an SRO certificate for the performance of construction work at hazardous production facilities.

−       Possession of an SRO certificate for the performance of design work for hazardous production facilities.

−       Possession of certification and additional professional education (advanced training) in the field of industrial safety for categories A.1, B.2.1, B.2.11.

−       Certification of the quality management system to the GOST R ISO 9001 standard.

−       Certification of the occupational health and safety management system to the GOST R ISO 45001 standard.
