Scope of work	The contractor shall provide labour services (personnel) by temporarily assigning its employees, subject to their consent, to perform the duties specified in their employment contracts for the benefit of, and under the management and supervision of the Company.
Requirements to bidders	Private employment agencies in the Russian Federation accredited at the time of the tender process commencement.
Expected date of the contract award	1 September, 2026
Expected contract period	5 years
