−      Major overhaul of traveling block unit for 41.3 mm (diameter) drilling line.

−      Major overhaul of  traveling block unit for 38.1 mm (diameter) drilling line.

−      Major overhaul of crown-block unit for 41.3 mm (diameter) drilling line.

−      Major overhaul of crown-block unit for 38.1 mm (diameter) drilling line.

−      At least five (5) years of experience in performing similar work.

−      Experience in restoring equipment passports.

−      Availability of an operational base.

−      Availability of production equipment (drilling machines, screw-cutting lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, testing equipment).

−      Availability of qualified and certified personnel, including nondestructive testing (NDT) specialists (visual and dimensional inspection, magnetic-particle inspection).

−      ISO 9001 quality management system or equivalent.

−      Availability of approved procedures or work instructions for the major overhaul of the block and tackle systems.

−      Availability of a permit-to-work system.

−      Experience in conducting industrial safety expert examinations.

−      Readiness to arrange transportation of equipment to and from the repair site.
