Tender №C02616 for Overhaul of Iron Roughneck

1. Incoming inspection, disassembly, defect detection of parts and units of equipment with provision of photographs, including sandblasting of body parts and NDT of critical units and systems. Preparation of a complete list of works, parts and consumables required for overhaul.

2. Repair work including replacement of parts and components with original spare parts, manufacturing of some parts, repair of the hydraulic system, power electrical components and instrumentation, assembly and painting of equipment with materials that meet the requirements for protective coatings, functional testing of finished equipment, provision of high-consumable spare parts for a period of 2 years of operation and maintenance.

−      At least 5 years of experience in similar work.

−      Capability to purchase necessary original spare parts and accessories (hydraulic, electric and mechanic parts) or availability of drawings of spare parts and accessories required for repair of drilling wrenches and for which it is impossible/unreasonable to purchase original spare parts and accessories.

−      Availability of production facility.

−      Availability of production equipment (drilling machines, turning machines, milling machines, grinding machines, testing equipment).

−      Availability of qualified certified personnel, including NDT specialists (visual and measuring inspection, magnetic particle flaw detection).

−      Availability of qualified personnel certified in the NAWC system (National Agency of Welding Control) for welding using equipment and certified NAWC welding processes.

−      Availability of quality management system (ISO 9001 or equivalent).

−      Availability of approved methods or work instructions for overhaul of drilling wrenches.

−      Availability of permit-to-work system and work access system.
