Scope of work

1. Basic NDT (non-destructive testing) methods:

 

–       Visual and dimensional inspection of welded joints.

–       External and internal visual inspection of equipment.

–       Ultrasonic wall thickness measurement of equipment.

–       Ultrasonic testing of welded joints.

–       Inspection of surface defects on a material using the magnetic-particle inspection method.

–       Inspection of surface defects on a material using dye penetrant method.

–       Inspection of hidden defects on a material using the radiography method.

–       Inspection of hard-to-reach areas of the equipment using a boroscope.

–       Conducting all the above NDTs in hard-to-reach areas using rope access equipment.

–       Preparation of documentation packages required for the above types of NDT.

 

2. Complex NDT methods:

 

–       Phased array ultrasonic testing.

–       Acoustic emission monitoring of tanks and vessels.

–       Intelligent pig survey.

–       Eddy current testing.

–       Long-wave ultrasonic test.

–       Inspection of hard-to-reach areas using unmanned survey vehicles.

–       Thermography (gas leak detection).

–       Real-time radiography.

–       Provision of laboratory services for materials.

–       Radiographic examination using a betatron.

–       Conducting all the above NDTs in hard-to-reach areas using rope access equipment.

–       Industrial safety expert review.

–       Conducting other complex NDTs.


Requirements to bidders

  –       Compliance with HSE rules (standard HSE pre-qualification).

–       Licenses for relevant activities.

–       Availability of resources (personnel and materials).

–       Experience in providing the required services.

Expected date of the contract award January 1, 2027
Expected contract period 3 years, with an option to extend it for 3 years.
