Scope of work	Arrangement of HSE training and knowledge inspection including training on use of personal protective equipment and provision of first aid in accordance with the HSE Training and Knowledge Inspection Procedure approved by the RF Government Decree No. 2464 dated 24 December 2021.
Requirements to bidders	− Accreditation of the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation for provision of HSE training services for employers and employees. − Availability of training facilities in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Expected date of the contract award	1 January, 2027
Expected contract period	5 years with 3-year extension option.
