Tender №C02615 for Repair of Electric Motors

−      Detection of defects of equipment and provision of the defect list with indication of spare parts to be replaced and their cost.

−      Repair work.

−      Assembling and marking of equipment.

−      Testing of equipment after repair in the presence of a representative of the Company with the provision of the acceptance test certificate.

−      Handover of equipment after repair with the provision of Certificates of technical readiness of electric motors, with the following attachments:

§ defect list with notes on close-out of all gaps;

§ list of replaced or repaired parts, test reports of repaired parts (if required);

§ all inspection and test data (the level of detail should be sufficient to be usable by other maintenance companies);

§ electrical test reports;

§ explosion protection detailed inspection reports;

-       Transportation of equipment to and from the Company's warehouse in Kholmsk, Sakhalin Oblast to the contractor's production facility including loading and unloading operations, packing and insurance.

–       Experience of repair of explosion-proof electric motors with capacity over 800 kW.

–       Own test bench allowing to perform Ex "d" type explosion protection tests (explosion proof test).

–       Capability to perform welding by personnel, equipment and welding processes certified by in NAWC system (National Agency of Welding Control).

–       Availability of own or contracted equipment to ensure restoration of the working surfaces of the electric motors to the design paramemeters (dimensions) by overlaying and machine processing.

–       Availability of lifting equipment (crane-beam, loader for transportation of cargoes over 4 tones).

–       Ability to supply original parts.
