Tender №C02588 for Managing Organisation Services for Provision of Operation, Repair and Maintenance of Company’s Facilities in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

−      Operation and maintenance of engineering systems.

−      Construction and minor repair.

−      Indoor/outdoor cleaning and area landscaping.

−      Office support.

−      Legal entity registered in the territory of the Russian Federation.

−      Availability of an office/representative office in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk at the time of conclusion of the contract.

−      Proven experience (at least 5 years) in accordance with the scope.

−      Availability of the mandatory licenses / readiness to obtain licenses within three months before services rendering under the contract:

·            license to carry out activities for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire safety systems for buildings and structures;

·            license for operation of Class 3 hazardous production facility (gas distribution/gas consumption network)

·            SRO (self-regulatory organization) certificate of admission to work that affects the safety of capital construction facilities (construction, reconstruction and overhaul works);

·            readiness to register and operate hazardous production facilities’ of the Company.

−            Availability of the certification to the standards listed below / readiness to obtain certificates within three months before services rendering under the contract:

·            certificate of conformity of the environmental management system ISO 14001–2016 (GOST R ISO 14001–2016);

·            certificate of conformity of the occupational safety and health management system ISO 45001:2018 (GOST R ISO 45001–2020).

−      Readiness to provide competent, with due and positive experience managerial personnel to arrange all key processes to maintain the quality of services at the level expected by the Company.

−      Availability of competent certified technical personnel to perform the scope of work under the contract;

−      Availability of a developed HSE Management System and procedures for monitoring its implementation;

−      Availability of proven experience in the operation of facilities with the use of ACS MRO (automated control system for maintenance and repair), including in the field of management of maintenance and operation planning, administrative support, construction of operational and management reporting;

−      Opportunity to organize and provide training for their employees, as well as personnel involved in additional work, (instructions on HSE and safety, fire safety, and other training assigned to the employer in the amounts determined by the requirements of the Russian Federation and on time);

−      Existence of procedures and process for combating bribery and corruption in the company;

−      Willingness to follow the Company's procedures and standards;

−      Availability of sufficient own or borrowed funds to provide services under the contract, advance subcontract work and purchase materials;

−      Readiness for Contract bank support.
