Tender №C02594 for the Overhaul High Voltage Synchronous Motor

Scope of work under this contract will include overhaul of the  motor with replacement of stator windings, repair of rotor windings with complete disassembly of poles and replacement of insulating plates, repair of rotor shaft surface, repair of heat exchanger, repair of auxiliary equipment, development of design (repair) documentation, performance of necessary tests ensuring operational reliability, qualified inspection of explosion protection elements.

-       Experience of overhaul of explosion-proof high-voltage motors with capacity > 16 MW.

-       Availability of repair shop and the lifting equipment (bridge cranes) providing dismantling assembly of the equipment according to mass-dimensional characteristics of the electric motor: electric motor dimensions assembled (length *width *height) 5950х5150х5160 mm; mass of electric motor assembled 76,000 kg.

-       Availability of vacuum-delivery impregnation chamber of VPI technology with core dimensions not less than 2400х2000х2000 mm for replacement of motor stator windings.

-       Availability of equipment that allows repair of rotor windings with removal of poles of explicit pole rotor of synchronous electric motor with capacity of 21 MW.

-       Availability of electrical laboratory registered in Rostekhnadzor for testing and measurements.

-       Presence of a NDT laboratory registered at Rostekhnadzor to perform permitted types of tests and measurements.

-       Test bench to test synchronous two-winding motor up to 21 MW with variable frequency drive, idling and under load.
