Tender №С02396 for Supply of Temporary Accommodation Modules for the Molikpaq Platform

-       Development of detailed design documentation, including documentation of manufacturers and sub-suppliers of materials and equipment.

-       Getting approval of detailed design documentation with supervisory authorities (where applicable) and the Company.

-       Mandatory provision of technical and permitting documentation in accordance with the technical requirements for the supply of temporary accommodation modules (2000-S-A6-Z-S-0001-00-E), which will be submitted to the Supplier upon request of the technical and commercial proposal.

-       Manufacturing of finished accommodations modules with acceptance tests at the manufacturing facility.

-       Transportation packing of equipment and parts of the accommodation modules.

-       Development of loading and transportation design and all necessary approvals.

-       Loading of accommodation modules, equipment and parts of accommodation modules on a transport.

-       Transportation to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

1.     Capacity of temporary accommodation module No. 1 shall be at least 32 persons.

2.     Capacity of temporary accommodation module No. 1 shall be at least 16 persons.

3.     Structural elements:

–       bearing steel structures made of sheet and welded sections shall be made of F36 steel according to GOST R 52927-2023;

–       items (steel and pipes) shall be made of C355-6 steel according to GOST 27772-2021.

1.     Fire-resistance: temporary accommodation modules shall have level III of fire resistance and C0 constructive fire hazard class.

2.     Supplied temporary accommodation modules shall be fully finished factory products equipped with the following components:

–       all architectural and construction elements, components for finishing, outfitting, fasteners and fittings;

–       all electrical equipment, lighting, cable products and fasteners;

–       water consumption and water drainage systems;

–       HVAC systems;

–       telecommunications;

–       fire-fighting systems;

–       fire alarm system;

–       sanitary and hygienic equipment.
