Tender №С02394 for Drilling Fluids Service

under the contract shall include the supply of chemicals and drilling fluids services, including:

–       Supply of chemicals and materials for:

·       oil based mud;

·       water based mud;

·       completion fluids;

·       other fluids and chemicals related to drilling and completion (side-tracks, well cleaning, breaker systems);

–       Supply of base oil.

–       Experience in supervision and provision of fluids service (drilling fluids, completion fluids) for construction and repair of oil and gas wells at offshore facilities/offshore projects.

–       Experience in managing of LMP and/or chemically hazardous production facility (CHPF).

–       Experience in working with oil-based mud solutions with an adjustable flat rheological profile and allowing drilling ERD and other wells.

–       Availability of its own central laboratory for customer support and specialized tests, as well necessary software.

All bidders will be requested to test proposed drilling fluid systems in their own laboratory with the participation of the Company's specialists or experts from an independent third-party organisation.
