| Scope of work |
− Maintain personnel and equipment in a constant state of readiness for response to accidents, fires and emergencies at the Company’s onshore assets. − Provide for oil and petroleum product spill prevention and response (OSR) measures at the Company’s onshore assets. − Ensure readiness for emergency rescue operations at the Company’s onshore assets. Ensure gas safety across all Company assets. − Respond to accidents, fires and emergencies at all Company assets. − Ensure the performance of technical maintenance of OSR equipment, fire-fighting and emergency rescue equipment, emergency rescue and fire-fighting vehicles, protective equipment, primary fire-extinguishing means, offshore life-saving and evacuation equipment (individual and collective) at both onshore and offshore assets. − Provide support to the Company during gas-hazardous works, work in enclosed and confined spaces. − Carry out technical maintenance and repair of offshore life-saving equipment (individual and collective) at onshore and offshore assets. |
| Requirements to bidders |
− Bidders shall be certified and hold all necessary permits to deliver the full scope of work/services (including emergency rescue operations and works covered by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping Certificate). − Bidders shall hold all required approvals (authorisations) from manufacturers of emergency rescue equipment for its technical maintenance and technical inspection. − Bidders shall have adequate technical resources to perform the full range of works/services specified. − Bidders shall have a well-developed branch network, extensive transport links and the capability to respond with maximum operational speed. − Bidders shall have experience in delivering the entire scope of work/services as listed. − Bidders shall have the capability to utilise technical repair and maintenance facilities on Sakhalin Island. |
