Scope of work

− Support for a web platform featuring a modular architecture for enterprise content management and collaboration (including platform updates).

– Support for intranet applications built on this platform. Resolving any issues that may arise during application operation. Improving and/or modifying existing applications.

− Updating the platform documentation.

 

Requirements to bidders

- The bidder must have at least three years’ experience in providing remote support for an enterprise content management and collaboration platform.

- The bidder must be able to provide at least two specialists for the second-line support team, each with at least three years’ experience in providing remote support for the platform.

- The bidder is capable of providing support engineers and business analysts (specifically specialists, not first-line support staff) for at least 8 hours during working hours in Sakhalin time.

- The bidder must have at least 3 years’ proven experience in developing software architecture based on this platform.

- The bidder must have the infrastructure and/or services to provide remote support (a single call centre number and/or a link to a portal, and/or a link to a service request management system).

- The bidder must be capable of engaging at least two business analysis specialists, each with at least two years’ experience.
