Scope of work	– Prigorodnoye production complex. – Onshore processing facility compression (OPF-C), onshore processing facility (OPF). – Office buildings and premises in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Requirements to bidders	– Experience in inventory control of major oil and gas companies’ assets. – Confirmation of external audit quality control (SRO, Federal Treasury) within the last 5 years. – Membership in the Sodruzhestvo Association (SRO AAS) Self-Regulatory Organisation of Auditors.
Expected date of the contract award	01.09.2026
Expected contract period	2.4 years.
