| Scope of work |
– Overhaul of the equipment with preparation of reporting documentation on the performed repair works, namely: · transfer/acceptance of the equipment; · disassembly of the defect equipment; · incoming control and defects of the equipment, its assembly units and parts to identify the scope of repair works; · preparation of a punch list with supporting materials (conclusions, acts, protocols, other materials that clearly confirm the defective condition of units, elements, equipment parts); · development and provision of repair documentation for the equipment; · factory acceptance tests; · painting of electric motor and auxiliary equipment; · disassembly of Equipment for return transportation after completion of factory acceptance tests; · preservation and packing of equipment for transportation; · transfer/acceptance of Equipment from repair; · preparation and transfer of the necessary documentation to the extent required in this document; · provision of consulting, technical and/or other support in the framework of assembly, installation and commissioning works.

| Requirements to bidders |
− Compliance with international and/or national quality control standards ISO 9001 or equivalent. − Availability of an internal standard for the repair of explosion-proof motors (document). − Application of VPI Global and/or VPI Single Bar technology to replace stator windings of electric motors with dimensions of at least 2000 × 1500 × 1500 mm. − The presence of a test bench allowing the test of the electric motor (6/10kV, 4MW) to be performed under load (or alternative).
