Tender №C02595 for the Supply of Liner Hanger Systems and Provision of Associated Services

–       Supply of liner hanger systems as per table below:

The supply of all sizes of equipment includes a set of main and spare elements. The supplier shall provide equipment and tools for the installation (running) of liner hanger systems.

–       Services for preparation, installation and running of liner hanger systems with the engagement of the Supplier's personnel at the Company's assets, namely:

·       Installation of liner hanger system and cementing system including preparation of all necessary equipment, tools, crossovers, couplings and other equipment used for successful installation of liner system in the well;

·       Provision of running services at the Company's asset;

·       Personnel and equipment mobilisation services.

–       Technical capability to manufacture and supply liner hanger systems that meet the basic technical requirements: dual-plug configuration, 13Cr material, availability of gas testing of downhole equipment with V0/V1 validation and required premium thread on connections.

–       Availability of engineering personnel, technologies and experience in providing services for the supply of liner hanger systems and readiness to manufacture the necessary set of equipment taking into account the amount required by the Company.

–       Capability to provide the complete set of services in manufacturing, supply, running and installation of liner hangers during well construction on the jack-up drilling rig as well as availability of qualified production and field personnel.

–       Availability of the production support and engineering support facility in the Russian Federation.
