–      Assembly, modification, and dismantling of the Company and/or Contractor’s scaffolding.

–      Monitoring the sufficiency and consumption quantity of materials at each site of the Company, and ensuring timely notification of needs.

–      Inspection and verification of scaffolding.

–      Qualified persona.

–      Stock of scaffolding (owned or leased), tools, equipment, and certified consumables compliant with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

–      possession of necessary licences, permits, approvals, and other relevant documents fully compliant with the legislation of the Russian Federation and necessary for performing work at hazardous production facilities of the Company.

–      availability of a production-related maintenance facility, a site for training and regular theoretical and practical knowledge testing, and warehouse space.
