Scope of work	- Scheduled/unscheduled maintenance in the scope of diagnostics, replacement of component base, software update, supervision as part of the work on integrated update of UPS systems and electrical tests. − Remote maintenance (video equipment that may be required to provide services). − Engineering services related to equipment modification/replacement, development of various procedures. − 24/7 remote support.
Requirements to bidders	− Availability of certificates confirming the qualification of personnel for UPS maintenance programmes. − Experience in UPS maintenance services. − Availability of documents confirming competence of specialists in performance of maintenance and repair of UPS. − Availability of a set of devices for UPS maintenance and repair.
Expected date of the contract award	1 January 2027
