Scope of work	– Procurement of office stationary to the Company's offices and facilities.
Requirements to bidders	– Three (3) years of proven experience in the supply of office supplies, of no less than RUB 500 000.00 value annually. – Ownership of its own or leased warehouse in the Sakhalin Oblast.
Expected date of the contract award	01 October 2026
