Scope of work	– Desktop review of the Company’s ISMS performance. – On-site inspection of the Company’s hazardous production facilities. – Producing an ISMS performance review report setting out the strengths and weaknesses of ISMS systems, any non-conformities with the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation and the Company’s by-laws, including policies and procedures, along with proposed corrective actions and improvement recommendations (where non-conformities are identified). – At the Company’s request: advisory and methodological support to the Company’s personnel responsible for monitoring the timely implementation of corrective actions developed to address the non-conformities identified and reported to the Company.
Requirements to bidders	– Accreditation by the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosakkreditatsiya) under GOST R ISO 9001-2015. – Accreditation by the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosakkreditatsiya) under GOST R ISO 45001-2020. – Accreditation by the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosakkreditatsiya) under GOST R ISO 31000-2019. – Willingness to make the qualified personnel intended to be involved in service delivery available for an interview.

Expected contract period	5 months, with two one-year extension options
