−       The equipment must be new and in its original packaging.

−       The supplier must include a manufacturer's warranty for the supplied equipment of at least one year (in the event of defects, the warranty must ensure the possibility of equipment repair or replacement).

−       Delivery to the Company's warehouse in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk via air freight.

−       The supplier must be included in the manufacturer's registry of authorised partners.

−       The supplier must be included in the Company's list of registered counterparties with prior cooperation experience;
