−      Catering services at Prigorodnoye production complex, the Korsakov residential facility, and the Yunona temporary camp.

−      Housekeeping services at Prigorodnoye production complex, the Korsakov residential facility, and the Yunona temporary worker camp (cleaning of office spaces, containers, and sleeping quarters in the Korsakov residential complex and the Yunona temporary camp).

−      Laundry and bed linen services (laundry and bed linen changes at the Korsakov residential facility; laundry services at the Yunona temporary camp, not on the Company's premises).

−      Personnel accommodation services.

−      Food, beverage, and materials supplies.

−      Office support services and store operations.

−      The presence of confirmed relevant experience, at least 5 years:

• catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner, night dinner) for 600 people or more at production facilities;

• household services;

• laundry services at production facilities.

−      Availability of the food safety management system GOST R ISO 22000-2019 under current contracts/agreement.

−      Availability of a certificate of conformity of the occupational safety and health management system ISO 45001:2018 (GOST R ISO 45001-2020) or readiness to receive it before the start of the provision of services under the contract.

−      Availability of competent management personnel to organise all key processes both during the mobilisation period and during the period of validity of the contract, aimed at ensuring high quality services.
