Tender №C02571 for Provision Repair and Construction works at Non-production Facilities in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

−       Civil works: earthworks, reinforcement works, carpentry and carpentry works, roof repairs, metal structures fabrication, site improvement works, asphalt pavement replacement.

−       Special works: insulation work, work with ventilation and air conditioning systems, installation of fire and security alarm systems and their elements, including dispatching and commissioning. Performance of works on fire protection of materials, products and structures, welding, installation and electrical installation.

−       Finishing works: complex of construction and repair and construction works related to external and internal finishing of buildings and premises.

−       Support, associated works and services: engagement of construction laboratories and electrical laboratories, installation and dismantling of scaffolding, work at height, development of technical and process solutions, sketches, diagrams, drawings for repair and construction, inspection of repair facilities.

−       Experience in construction, reconstruction, overhaul, at least 5 years of similar experience for all assets of the main scope of work.

−       A legal entity registered in the Russian Federation.

−       Availability of the office (the possibility of opening a representative office) in the Sakhalin Oblast.

−       Availability of the Production and Maintenance Department as an independent organisational or readiness to organise its work.

−       Availability of cost estimators, experience of working in the Grand Budget, available software.

−       SRO Certificate of Admission to Work Affecting the Safety of Capital Construction Facilities (Construction, Reconstruction and Overhaul Works) or readiness to Provide SRO Supporting Documents wthin three months prior to commencement of work under the contract in accordance with the current legislation.
