– Planned scope for 2027: Inspections at LUN-A, PA-B, and PA-A fixed offshore platforms – approximately 120 days. – Planned scope for 2028: Inspections at LUN-A, PA-B, and PA-A fixed offshore platforms – approximately 105 days. – Planned scope for 2029: Inspections at LUN-A, PA-B, and PA-A fixed offshore platforms – approximately 105 days.
Inspections include nondestructive testing of the following drilling equipment: – crown block sheave and crown block running end sheave; – cargo padeyes of the drilling mast and pipe barn; – hoisting block and an top drive; – BOP area door hinges; – drilling mast inspection according to category III API 4G standard; – pipe barn windscreens; – pipe racking system; – cargo padeyes of the BOP area; – pipe belt conveyor; – drilling mast windscreens; – derrick mast – falling object risk inspection; – S-shaped pipe of upper drive; – mud manifold; – cement line manifold; – rig curtain repairs, crown block replacement, hook block replacement.
Upon completion of the works, the contractor shall provide a detailed report for each individual type of equipment, including high-resolution photographs. |
| Requirements to bidders |
1. The works shall comply with GOST R 54483-2021 standards regarding the operation, inspection, maintenance and repair of drilling hardware and well interventions, including: – weld examination, especially in mounting mechanisms, for cracks and other signs of fault; – scheduled inspections of bolted joints of the rig structure to ensure proper tightness; – rig inspections to ensure there are no falling object risks, including the windscreens.
2. Proven experience in rope access works, including the number of work at heights hours (including personnel job books), information on the maximum altitude for performed works at height, and the name of the high-altitude object.
3. Own nondestructive testing lab.
4. At least 5 years of experience in the provision of inspection services via rope access at oil and gas facilities intended for well construction and interventions.
5. Provision of services involving rope access technicians. |
