−       Factory acceptance testing of a flare tip.

−       Provision of operating documentation in accordance with RF requirements (technical passport and certificates / Customs Union Technical Regulations declaration, drawings etc).

−       Manufacturing in accordance with ANSI (ASME 16.5 and ASME 16.47).

−       Availability of design office.

−       Availability of quality control plan for flare tip and pilot burner manufacturing.

−       Availability of the welding technologies, National Agency of Welding Control certificated.

−       Availability of the test stand for pilot burner testing acceptance tests with ignition panel.
