Tender №C02694 for Operational Testing Services for Stairs and Roof Railings

–       The operational testing, at the Company's sites, of fire escapes, external metal stairways intended for emergency egress in the event of fire, and roof guardrails (to be carried out in compliance with GOST 53254-2009 Fire Equipment. Fixed External Fire Escapes. Roof Guardrails. General Technical Requirements and Test Methods);

–       The operational testing of extension ladders, stepladders, mobile ladder platforms, and manual fire ladders (in accordance with para. 179 of Order No. 782n On the Approval of Occupational Safety Rules for Height Work issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection on 16 November 2020).

–       Qualification of personnel. Specialists engaged to perform the tests must have received formal training in the inspection methodology at a training centre in line with GOST R 53254-2009.

–       The availability of developed test programmes, in accordance with the planned scope under the contract, meeting the requirements of the regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.

–       Bidders must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering comparable scopes of work at the production facilities of industrial enterprises, particularly within the core industrial sectors (raw materials, extractive, and heavy industries).
