Tender №C02747 for the Supply of Package Transformer Substation Module and Emergency Switchgear Container Unit

–      Development of detailed design documentation, including documentation of manufacturer and sub-suppliers of materials and equipment.

–      Obtaining approval of detailed design documentation with supervisory authorities (where applicable) and the Company.

–      Manufacture of a Package Transformer Substation (hereinafter - PTS) module, a power transformer, and an emergency switchgear container unit (hereinafter - ESCU) with acceptance tests at the producer factory.

–      Transport packaging of the equipment.

–      Development of loading and transportation scheme and obtaining all necessary approvals.

–      Loading of the equipment onto transport.

–      Transport to destination.

−               Experience of delivery of PTS modules and climate version packaged switchgear as per GOST 15150-69:

·                For indoor equipment – М4;

·                For outdoor equipment – OM1.

−               Ability to deliver equipment of the following configuration:

1)             PTS Module:

·                PTS Module with vertical and horizontal ladder on the roof, wave-protected wall, railing on the roof;

·                MV Switchgear: 4160 V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz;

·                low voltage switchgear 600 V, 3 phases, 60 Hz;

·                oil-filled power transformer 4.16/0.6kV 3 phases, 60 Hz, 3500 kVA (2500/2800/3500);

·                emergency switchboard 600В;

·                emergency switchboard 230В;

·                utility engineering systems.

2)              ESCU container unit configuration:

·                emergency switchboard A-57002;

·                utility engineering systems.
