–      Catering services at the facilities.

–      Housekeeping services at the facilities, including cleaning, laundry, and waste collection and disposal.

–      Supply of food products, cleaning chemicals, housekeeping supplies, and other consumable materials.

–      Supply of minor housekeeping materials.

–      Provision of other ancillary administrative and facilities management services for production sites, including carpet and upholstery cleaning, rodent control, pest control, laboratory testing, wastewater disposal, and similar services.

− The presence of confirmed similar experience, at least 5 years:

• catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner, night dinner) for 600 people or more at production facilities;

• household services;

• laundry services at production facilities.

− Availability of the food safety management system GOST R ISO 22000-2019 under current contracts/agreement.

− Availability of a certificate of conformity of the occupational safety and health management system ISO 45001:2018 (GOST R ISO 45001-2020) or readiness to receive it before the start of the provision of services under the contract.

− Availability of competent management personnel to organize all key processes both during the mobilization period and during the period of validity of the contract, aimed at ensuring high quality services.
