Tender №20260720-ABU17-BON for the Supply of Marine Inflatable Oil Spill Containment Booms

The package supply of marine inflatable oil spill containment booms intended to maintain the Company’s operational readiness for oil spill response, including:

−                 a hose set for inflating and deflating the air chambers of booms using the compressor, measuring at least 12 m in length and fitted with blanking plugs on the ends to enable single-nozzle operation;

−                 a hydraulic hose set, complete with quick-release couplings for connection to the power units, together with a hydraulic reel for hoses of up to 12 m in length;

−                 a set of certified lifting slings for containers (complete set), along with the power unit (separately) and boom reels (for each);

−                 a storage reel for the hydraulic and purge hoses, designed to be installed inside the container and removed therefrom;

−                 a storage container, 20‑feet, marine (reinforced), open‑side;

−                 a hydraulic reel with a fitted cover for boom storage;

−                 a diesel‑driven power unit with an integral fan (air compressor) for inflating and deflating boom air chambers;

−                 a two‑year spare parts inventory (housed in one aluminium or plastic storage box: two boxes for the booms, two for the boom reels, and one for the power unit;

−                 a towing kit;

−                 a hook spanner;

−                 spare valves for buoy air chambers;

−                 locking and unlocking keys for buoy air chamber valves (where applicable);

−                 lashings and securing systems for securing equipment within containers during transportation (tension pads, cables, brackets and tie‑down straps); and

−                 a kit for each individual unit of equipment.
