Tender №C02608 for the Provision of Services for the Inerting and Testing of Process Systems and the Maintenance of Flange Connections at Production Facilities

−      Inerting of process systems.

−      Operation of the Company's equipment by the contractor, where required.

−      Storage and maintenance of the Company's equipment at the contractor's designated sites.

−      Systems integrity and pressure-holding tests using inert gases.

−      Flange management, including the machining of flanges.

−      Preparation of process systems for final integrity and leak-testing, which shall include the removal of all mechanical debris, internal deposits, and particulates from all working surfaces.

−      Availability of certified equipment, whether owned or leased, for inerting process systems, integrity and gas-leak testing of the systems using inert gases.

−      Availability of certified equipment, whether owned or leased, for flange maintenance.

−      Availability of qualified and certified personnel to perform the aforementioned scope with a proven track record of working at hazardous production facilities.

−      Availability of functioning quality assurance, process safety, and process integrity systems in place.

−      Availability a functioning HSE&IS management system.

−      Track record in scheduled turnarounds and major overhauls of process equipment at both onshore and offshore facilities.

−      Capability to carry out maintenance and repairs of the Contractor's own equipment on Sakhalin.
