Tender №C02613 for the Overhaul of the Top Power Drive

-       Inspection of equipment subject to repair.

-       Check the axial play of the drive shaft before disassembling the gearbox.

-       Complete disassembly and fault detection, including disassembly and fault detection of the main electric motor.

-       Sandblasting of body parts.

-       Magnetic particle testing of all load-bearing elements, including the gearbox housing.

-       Non-destructive testing of the drive shaft, gears and gear wheel of the gearbox, gears and half-couplings of the main electric motor, load coupling, mud pipe assembly and S-shaped pipe.

-       Replacement of parts and components, including repair of the main electric motor.

-       Development of equipment data sheet.

-       Restoration of paint coating.

-       Assembly and adjustment of all equipment components.

-       Lubrication of all moving elements.

-       Final testing and functional testing after repair in the presence of the Company representatives and in accordance with the procedure of commissioning inspections of the manufacturer.

-       Preservation of parts for storage period without re-preservation for 2 years.

-       Fabrication of transportation frame to transport equipment in assembled condition (without high-torque pipe wrench).

-       Arrangement of transportation by sea/land transport to the place of repair and after repair, including loading and unloading operations, packing, cargo insurance during transportation and preparation of supporting documents.

-       Provision of warranty obligations for a period of at least 2 years from the date of commissioning of the repaired equipment.

-       Confirmed experience in repair and maintenance of top power drive.

-       Availability of the necessary material and technical resources, including a pneumatic hydraulic station to allow pressure testing to a pressure of up to 1100 bar, as well as a stationary process stand for installing the top power drive in a vertical position for assembly and testing,

-       Capability to manufacture the required mechanical spare parts by own resources.
